These terms apply to your use of this website. By using it, you accept them; if you don't, please don't use the site.

Who we are

This website is run by Luca Mazzoni and Leonardo Di Berardino, the two private individuals behind Sidera Foundry (not yet a company). Contact: stazione@siderafoundry.com.

What this site is

An information page about Stazione, a protocol that lets several Claude Code sessions work as one crew. Nothing here is an offer, a contract or a promise that a feature exists or will exist. Using Stazione itself, or supporting it on Patreon, is governed by separate terms.

Stories and figures

The characters and companies in the scenes, including Clara, Kenji and their projects, are fictional. The figures marked as live data come from our own station, for the period stated next to them.

Using the site

Please use the site lawfully. Don't try to disrupt it, to break its security or to copy it in bulk with automated tools.

Content and trademarks

The texts, pixel art, characters, logos and code of this site belong to Sidera Foundry or to its licensors. You're welcome to link to the site and to quote short passages with credit; any other use needs our written permission. Fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License.

Claude and Claude Code are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC. Patreon is a trademark of Patreon, Inc. Stazione runs on Claude Code but is an independent project: it is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Anthropic.

No warranty

We do our best to keep the site accurate and online, but it is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, and it may change or go offline at any time.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sidera Foundry is not liable for damages arising from the use of this site or of the sites it links to. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or any right you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

Links to other sites

We are not responsible for the content or the policies of external sites, such as Patreon.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top tells you when. The version published when you use the site is the one that applies.

Law and courts

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence.
